Carter Business Systems Limited is a local North East business which was established in January 1999 by Stephen Oxley and Graham Nicholson. Between them they have combined experience in the Photocopier industry of over 50 years, in both Sales and Service and can therefore provide a wealth of experience and advice in all areas.
As a main dealer of Ricoh equipment in the North East, our aim is to meet photocopying and printing needs of all major business sectors at an affordable cost and provide efficient and good quality customer service at all times – the customer is always our main priority.
Our service engineers are trained to the highest standards possible, to enable us to maintain good response times and quality service at all times thus minimising any inconvenience to our customers.
We also supply a comprehensive range of software packages to help enhance all business types and of all sizes.
